Q: Is a credit/background check done before approval?
A: Yes, we run a credit/background check on all potential tenants.

Q: Do you allow first time renters?
A: Absolutely!

Q: How old must you be to rent an apartment?
A: You must be 19 years old to rent an apartment in the state of Alabama.

Q: Are appliances provided?
A: No, we don't provide appliances for any of the Inglenook Garden units.

Q: Are utilities included?
A: The utilities that we provide are trash and yard maintenance.

Q: Does each person have to do an application?
A: Yes. It's $40 per person.
